Breathwork for Liberation

Breathwork is a powerful somatic tool that allows for deep processing and integration. As you breathe, your body enters the parasympathetic state which slows down our breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure, enabling our body to enter a state of relaxation and recovery.

Breathwork carries us out of the "fight or flight" response and gives us a chance to heal, process, and re-regulate.

Join us on September 22nd from 5-6:30 p.m. for guided breathwork. Our session will be devoted to embodying liberation. This experience will also include time for journaling and shared reflection.
